Your Funeral  Wishes

Planning your Funeral Service is a personal choice. 

This downloadable Word document will identify your wishes and help make your funeral service planning easier for family and friends.
You can fill it in on your computer and save a copy, or print it out and complete by hand, and file the hard copy.

Please give a copy to your closest family and/or friend(s), or let them know where it's located. It is also a good idea to send a copy to your preferred Funeral Celebrant.

Fill out the sections that are important to you and regularly review and update your wishes (and advise your relevant family/friends that it has been updated).
