Funeral Planning
Need to plan a funeral service and don’t know where to start? You are not alone. The process is easier if the deceased has shared their funeral wishes with next of kin.
Questions to consider include:
- Will you have a burial, cremation (fire or water), natural burial or donate your body to science?
- Do you want a funeral, memorial, wake, celebration of life party, scattering of ashes service, unattended burial or cremation?
- Where will you have the funeral - a chapel, cemetery, community hall, sporting club, beach, surf club, private property, or a park? There are many location choices.
- What do you want to include - tributes, eulogies, music, art, rituals, memories, videos, photos, readings?
